The Glyph Mobile Authenticator is an optional tool that offers an extra layer of security for your Trion account, helping thwart unauthorized access attempts. When you access Glyph, the Glyph Mobile Authenticator generates a unique serial code each time, which you must input along with your password on the login screen.

Utilizing the Glyph Mobile Authenticator is straightforward:

• Install the app on your mobile device
• Follow the in-app instructions to link the app to your Trion Account
• Log in to Glyph with enhanced account protection

Please reach out to Trion Customer Service before making any changes to or reinstalling the Glyph Mobile Authenticator. Removal of the Mobile Authenticator should be done at the account level. In case you uninstall or reinstall the Mobile Authenticator without contacting Customer Service first, the Authenticator will remain active for your Glyph account, hindering your access to the game.
